We run 4, 5 and 6 Week Fitness Challenges. These body transformation programs are designed to get you to lose maximum amount of weight and inches in a few short weeks! We provide you with a complete nutritional program, unlimited access to our classes along with weekly weigh-ins, body fat testing and body measurements to keep you on track. This is a great way to try us out without having to commit to a membership.
Our newest program! Our 45 Minute Dance Fitness Classes are an add-on to your membership or can be signed up for on it's own. These fun classes get you moving and burning calories! It's a great way to stay in shape!
